Return Options

By Mail

- Securely pack the merchandise, preferably using the original shipping box and materials.
- Follow the provided instructions and drop off the return package at any local post office or indicated drop-off location.
- The return will be processed within a maximum of 14 days, with a refund issued to the original payment method.
In Store

- Return or exchange items at any Michael Kors store in the UK (excluding outlet, concessions, or travel retail stores).
- Present the returns form, Shipping Confirmation, Customer Invoice, or Notice for Customer Collection email as proof of purchase.
Note that in-store exchanges are subject to the availability of inventory in the respective store.
Receiving a Refund
- Return by Mail: Credit for returned items will be refunded to the original payment method. An email confirming the completion of the return processing will be sent.
- In-Store Returns: Credit will be refunded to the original payment method. An email confirmation will be provided upon completion of the return process.
For online returns involving a Gift Card, the refunded amount will be credited via a new E-Gift Card.
Klarna & PayPal Returns
Purchases made with Klarna or PayPal must be returned by mail and cannot be returned in-store.
Returning a Gift
Gifts can be returned by mail or in-store, provided they are accompanied by a gift receipt or the original returns form. For gifts returned by mail, refunds can only be processed to the original account. For convenience, it is recommended to return gifts to a Michael Kors Lifestyle store, where associates can assist with exchanges or provide credit via a Michael Kors gift card.

- Currently, Michael Kors does not offer shipping to the British Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Gibraltar.
