Note that in-store exchanges are subject to the availability of inventory in the respective store.
Receiving a Refund
- Return by Mail: Credit for returned items will be refunded to the original payment method. An email confirming the completion of the return processing will be sent.
- In-Store Returns: Credit will be refunded to the original payment method. An email confirmation will be provided upon completion of the return process.
For online returns involving a Gift Card, the refunded amount will be credited via a new E-Gift Card but if you need help, we would encourage you to contact Michael Kors’ team.
Klarna & PayPal Returns
Purchases made with Klarna or PayPal must be returned by mail and cannot be returned in-store.
Returning a Gift
Gifts can be returned by mail or in-store, provided they are accompanied by a gift receipt or the original returns form. For gifts returned by mail, refunds can only be processed to the original account. For convenience, it is recommended to return gifts to a Michael Kors Lifestyle store, where associates can assist with exchanges or provide credit via a Michael Kors gift card.
