Savers – A fantastic UK brand that offers discounts to the masses

Savers are a hugely popular retailer in the UK having over 500 stores! They were first introduced to the UK in 1988 and sell a wide range of products including health and beauty items, household goods, cleaning products, toiletries and more. If you have ever visited one of their stores, their friendly team on the tills will usually ask you if you are interested in any discounted perfumes they have on offer. The brand is owned by A S Watson who operate over 16400 various stores worldwide with 12 different brands including another well known brand in the United Kingdom – Superdrug.

This store has a large amount of long lasting products at low prices so is ideal for those that wish to stock up on hair gel, deodorants, body wash and make up. When I go to Savers, the friendly team always offer discounted perfumes when I approach the times and they generally have a great selection at reasonable prices. Delivery Options for Savers

The store has got a great online presence as well to make their products even more accessible. The company have partnered with Evri to make sure that purchases are delivered directly to the customers. The prices for standard delivery are £4 which is halved to £2 once you send £30 or more.

These deliveries can take between 3 to 4 days when the items are ordered before 9pm. If you need your items more urgently, then you have the option to pay £5.95 for premium delivery which takes between 1 to 2 days when your order is conducted before 9pm. Complaints and Resolutions

Should any issues arise in transit, the customer services team operate on the below times and you can use the Savers contact email which is help@savers.co.uk or, for a faster response, go straight through to their customer services HERE;

Monday to Friday: from 8am to 7pm
Saturday: 9am to 6pm
Sunday: 9am to 5pm
Bank Holidays: 10am to 5pm

Unfortunately issues can arise in transit so please make sure that you escalate any problems to Savers directly. If you contact a courier company such as Evri, they may be able to help track down the parcel but should anything in transit go wrong, you will need to contact the sender as they have paid the courier company to not just conduct the delivery, but they also pay for the insurances as well which means the sender can claim against courier company if the parcel is either lost in their network, delivered to a wrong location and cannot be recovered, or damaged in transit.
